Carol EarlsCall on a Friday around 2:30pm spoke with Kevin, explained what happened. He asked if they could come out Monday. I then explained that I was have a realtor come Saturday to take photos to put the house in the market. He was like let me call my guy and have him finish up the job he is on and he will be at my place within the hour. Alex arrived around 3:30pm. Alex was polite, professional and very informative in what the problem was and was fixed in a timely manner. With the customer service I received from both Kevin and Alex, I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Just received my invoice and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable they charged me. Very highly recommended. What a pleasure it was to do business with them.Posted on Google
Sara KellyWe hired Portage Electric to do quite a bit of work at our house, and we are super pleased with the results! Kevin and Brandon were super easy to work with, as well as professional and respectful to us and our home. They were accommodating to our requests, even when we decided to make a few changes. And, most importantly, they did quality work. I highly recommend Portage Electric for your next project!Posted on Google
Stan ZalewskiPortage Electrical replaced all the original knob-and-tube wiring in my home in Cuyahoga Falls. Dave & Zach were dependable and professional through the whole process, taking extra care to work around my schedule and never leaving us without power over the 5 day job. I’d recommend Kevin & his crew for any future electrical work.Posted on Google
Karen StarkI just want to say that I am beyond grateful and thankful for Portage Electric! My electric was outdated and the lights were flickering in my house, I was so worried it would cause a house fire. They came out ON Christmas Eve and replaced my whole electrical unit. They were very polite ,fast, and had me up and running before Christmas! They are by far the best!Posted on Google

Karrie SackettDavid, Zach, and Kevin were so helpful, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the job! They were reliable, honest and the price was fair. Their communication is exactly what customers appreciate and not something that is often the case. I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to working with them in the future.Posted on Google

Nicholas JI’ve had experiences with a few different electricians/companies in the Akron/Green area in the past … They were ok but dealing with Kevin From Portage Electrical was different. I called him on a Monday to discuss a level 2 charging setup for a new vehicle and he was out on Tuesday to give a quote. I liked that he seemed most interested in pursuing a solution that would make my wife and I happy instead of what was easiest for them. His quote was more than fair. When it was time for the job to be completed Dave and Billy arrived right on time and were very professional. They took time to explain everything and took extra time and care to be minimally invasive In our finished drywall spaces. They cleaned thoroughly and we could not be happier. We are thankful for the Portage Electrical Team!
